Ghost stories of Saskatchewan

Q:Which reading did you enjoy best (teacher read, classmates read, read to self)? Why?
A: I like when the teacher reads. When students read they read in monotone and it makes me think why the hell are they reading. So Mr.Nickell keep reading for us.
Q:What strategies do you think would help to get more out of the reading methods you didn’t enjoy (i.e.: classmates read)
A: I can read off the paper and follow along. Try and use visuals and help me be in the story instead of thinking why the hell are they reading. Keep reading the paper and tune out the bad reader (i.e.: Derek and his random Leslie)
Q:For each story:Attempt to explain the phenomenon through scientific and/or logic reasoning.
A:An unseen Playmate: I think some of the kids ran by the swing and it started to move. Or there was a slight wind and they didn't move. It could be the kids imagination they could have watched a scary movie before they started to play swing tag.
A: The Tabor Light: I think it might have been a man walking around with a flashlight looking for something he may have lost? Or it was the local teenagers creeping out people for a laugh. Or it was car lights and they would turn as they got closer to the people they were chasing.
A: I think uncle Ben's house is just like any other old house. Some one has died in the house or something traumatic happened there. Its like the house down a road down by Richard it has been hunted science some dude hung him self.
Q:Complete your own background story for Old Faithful: The Tabor Light (see the first few for examples, ie: 1923, 1935, etc...)
A: I had to work late at the old chicken barn in town. I would always be home before dark. My house was six miles away from town and the road went right pass the Tabor light's home. My mom said it was real but I didn't believe her. I started to walk home from work and the sun just went under the far away horizons. I was almost passed the cemetery until the white light appeared. I screamed and ran for my life. The light was keeping up with me I turned around and it went right through me and it disappeared. I always believe my mom now and the tabor light is in me forever.
