Don't Follow your Dreams?

Mike Rowe is a guy that has a show on discovery channel. He first started by telling a story about castrating sheep. He talked about how there is humane and inhumane ways of doing it. He realized that he isn’t always right and told that sometimes the humane society does not always do things that are best for the animal. He also said that people with dirty jobs are happier and to not follow your passion. He said “innovation without imitation is a waste of time”.

I liked how Mike started with a story to catch everybody’s attention. I also like how he always had something to say and it had a point to it. I didn’t like how he told everyone that they shouldn’t follow their dreams and how people with dirty jobs are happier. I wouldn’t like having a dirty job because I don’t like getting dirty.
